Shipping & Exchanges

Exchange Policy

While we can’t take returns at this time—each piece is individually commissioned and made in very small quantities—exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and have all original tags attached.
  • Exchanges are limited to one per order.
  • All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS and are processed within 1-2 business days. We offer ground and 2 day shipping. Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and during holidays.

International Shipping

All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are estimated at time of checkout. International orders are processed within 4-7 business days.
